Partners – Freestyle’s highly evolved Asset Management toolkit – has been developed over 10 years to be a highly valuable component of our clients' businesses.
In its fullest form, it stores, collates, manages and distributes every piece of a business’ digital collateral. It is a system designed to safeguard, distribute and deliver collaboration between a business and its many partners. Agencies, distributors, retailers, franchises, supply chain, networks, regional or international divisions all benefit from the advanced capabilities of Freestyle Partners.
At its core is a secure asset library – this houses images, documents, videos, presentations, any format you can store as a file!
These assets are searchable, downloadable (or even able to be purchased through the system’s inbuilt e-commerce platform), according to the access rights of the person searching.
Beyond the asset library, Partners contains ‘multiple file’ content – entire marketing campaigns, for example, with several components to make up the campaign.
The product planning module enables a management view of all tasks and subtasks required to complete a major activity – for example a product launch, exhibition, corporate event or brand evolution.
Freestyle Partners offers significant benefits to organisations which have some distributed components of their business, be they geographical, by sector or by supply chain/agency network.
WHO'S USING IT?
Now in its 5th year,
the Volvo Car Company Partners system is fully implemented, managing
their global marketing collateral and generating significant savings
across their business. It’s managed by our dedicated team and hosted in
our own secure environment at Freestyle. Up to 5,000 registered users
use it as a standard tool to help run Volvo’s marketing more
efficiently and increase their speed to market.
Alstom use
Partners for large internal and external audiences, with variable
access rights, to speed access to collateral for Agencies, press and
other interested parties. It’s an implementation now moving into its
second year, and already there are thousands of users, with tens of
thousands of assets downloaded and used every month.
Arriva
Buses used Partners during the pre-development stage of their revised
website, where their multiple regional editors were able to upload
content, maps, imagery and timetables before the CMS was in place. This
made the rollout of the new website faster and with higher assurance of
quality, with all assets having been approved via workflow well in
advance of their upload to the site.
Partners can be implemented
as a standalone module for specific uses, or as a full-blown
Enterprise-wide asset management system, or anything in between!
